DIGITAL LITERACY CURRICULAR INTERVENTION
As the instructor of record for a technology integration course for preservice teachers, I designed a digital literacy intervention and investigated its impacts on my students' abilities, strategies, and perceptions regarding how they evaluate online information.
CULTIVATING PRESERVICE TEACHERS' DIGITAL EQUITY MINDSETS
I redesigned a stand-alone technology integration course to focus on equity, and investigated how preservice teachers' (PSTs') digital equity mindsets evolved as a result of their participation in the course. An analysis of pre/post-course drawings and written reflections where PSTs indicated their intentions for building digital equity in the curriculum showed a significant evolution of their mindsets in five key dimensions.
COMPUTATIONAL THINKING MODULE
For this mixed methods study, I investigated the impacts of a three-week CT module implemented in an elementary-level technology integration course on preservice teachers' CT value beliefs, self-efficacy, and teaching efficacy.
